What we collect

Submitted URLs

When you paste a URL to start a job, the Service must process that URL to fetch and generate your download. Do not submit URLs that contain sensitive personal data or confidential tokens. If a third-party provider embeds identifiers in URLs, they may be processed as part of the request.

Cookies and analytics

The Service may store a small identifier cookie to maintain basic session/analytics consistency. If analytics is enabled, events may be sent to an analytics provider (for example, Google Analytics) in aggregated form.

We use collected data to operate the Service, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, measure performance, and improve usability. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

Logs and job metadata may be retained for a limited period for troubleshooting, security, and operational purposes, then deleted or anonymized.
